Due to a conflict with the Spring Primary Election, it was recommended the Board hold their February meeting at a different time. Todd Liebman, Corporation Counsel, noted a change would require 2/3 majority vote of supervisors present.
Moved by Haugen, seconded by McAuliffe, to adjourn until 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 18, 2003. Discussion followed regarding conflicts with that time. Supervisor McAuliffe withdrew her second. Supervisor Hartje made a second to the motion.
