PRESENT: D. Williams, R. Williams, Giebel, Montgomery, Carlson, Wenzel, Marcus Gumz, and Steinhorst

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.

Giebel made a motion, second by Wenzel to adopt the Agenda. Motion, Carried.

Montgomery made a motion, second by Carlson to approve the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.

Wenzel made a motion, second by Carlson to approve Leo Grill's attendance at the Spring Family Court Commissioner Conference May 1st and 2nd in Madison. And three mediators to attend the W.I.P.C.O.D. Conference on May 1st and 2nd. Motion Carried.

Giebel made a motion, second by Wenzel to approve the Resolution Crime Victims' Rights Week Proclamation and submit it to full County Board on March 18, 2003. Motion Carried.

Montgomery made a motion, second by Carlson to approve Laura Moffit and Diane Luck's attendance at the Wisconsin Victim Witness Professionals Association on April 2nd to 4th in Mishicot. Motion Carried.

Carlson made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the following monthly vouchers:

Child Support's monthly vouchers in the amounts of $3,320.19

District Attorney & Victim Witness' monthly vouchers in the amount $899.19

Circuit Court's monthly vouchers in the amount of $1,630.62

Clerk of Circuit Court's monthly vouchers in the amount of $25,210.04

Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk in the amount of $1,074.47

Court Commissioner's and Family Court Counseling Mediation in the amount of $220.00 Motion Carried.

Marcus Gumz appeared to discuss a complaint regarding the Sauk County Sheriff's Department, which will be referred to Law Enforcement.

Carlson made a motion, second by Wenzel to adjourn to Thursday April 10, 2003 at 8:00 a.m. in Branch I Jury Room. Motion, Carried.
