- Request approval of access easement of less than 66 feet by
Roger Ystad and Dave Weigle in Section 2, T11N, R7E in the Town of
Greenfield to parcel number 0034.
- Update to Committee on Ordinance Amendment efforts for
clustering, conservation subdivisions, and other innovative land
use and development tools for Sauk County.
- Review and approval of vouchers.
- Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to
consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective
hearing).
a. Petition # 8-2003 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the
Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from an Exclusive
Agricultural zoning district to a Agriculture zoning district by
Eugene Hackbarth, E5743 County Road S, Reedsburg, WI 53959. The
purpose of the request is to establish a three-lot certified survey
map South of County Road S in the Town of Reedsburg transition zone.
The land affected by the proposed rezone is located in Section 21,
T12N, R4E in the Town of Reedsburg.
