- Committee consideration and approval of vouchers for the Register of Deeds, Mapping and Surveying Departments.

- Request approval to purchase budgeted Spatial Analysis program
for GIS support of Comprehensive Planning effort. Cost is $2,500
and budgeted within the Land Records Budget for 2003.
- Review and possible approval of a Class I Subdivision Plat for 5
lots by Alfred Deyo, Jack Roloff, Agent in Section 24, T12N, R5E
of the Town of Excelsior.
- Review and approval of 2002 Departmental Annual Report. This
will also include a review and discussion regarding year-end
budget comparison report for Department.
- Review and approval of vouchers.
- Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to
consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective
hearing).
- Petition # 9-2003 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the
Town of Excelsior, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from an Resource
Conservancy-5 zoning district to a Commercial zoning district by Carl
Mundth, agent for Hubert and Margaret Mundth, E5743 County Road S,
Reedsburg, WI 53959. The purpose of the request is to relocate an
existing retail cabinetry business to include a showroom area,
woodworking shop, warehousing and loading dock. The land affected by
the proposed rezone is located in Section 7, T12N, R5E in the Town of
Excelsior.
- Petition #10-2003 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the
Town of Spring Green, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from an Resource
Conservancy-35 zoning district to an Agriculture zoning district by
Gerald and Margaret Sprecher, E3686 Hwy 14, Spring Green, WI 53588.
The purpose of the request is to establish a new short-term mineral
extraction operation/site. The land affected by the proposed rezone is
located in Section 4, T8N, R3E in the Town of Spring Green.
