   • Committee consideration and approval of vouchers for the Register of Deeds, Mapping and Surveying Departments.
7. Departmental updates: Planning & Zoning
   • Monthly report.
   • Discussion regarding Sauk County Tower Siting Ordinance (Chapter 23) and possible amendments in relation to setbacks.
   • Discussion and action on Final Condo Plat for Lakeview Estates in the Town of Merrimac.
   • Discussion and action of Final Plat of the East Lake Virginia Estates subdivision in the Town of Excelsior.
   • Discussion regarding proposed sign ordinance amendments and progress report on USH 12 Corridor Growth Management Plan.
   • Review and approval of vouchers.
8. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).

   a. Petition # 12-2003 - A request to approve the Town of Franklin Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Wisconsin's Comprehensive Planning Legislation and more specifically defined in Section 66.1001 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. Following a public hearing held by the Town of Franklin Plan Commission on April 10, 2003, the Town Board did pass an Ordinance adopting the Town of Franklin Comprehensive Plan on May 21, 2003 at their regularly scheduled Town Board meeting.
