    1. a. Discussion and Committee action on 2004 Departmental Budget.

    1. Discussion and action on resolution relating to the proposals received for the Town of Washington and Bear Creek survey control project.
  9. Departmental updates: Planning & Zoning
    1. Monthly report.
    2. Any additional discussions or input regarding the proposed amendments to the signage regulations in Chapter 7 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
    3. Review and approval of vouchers.
  10. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).
    1. Petition # 20-2003 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Franklin, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from an Exclusive Agricultue zoning district to a Commercial zoning district and from a Commercial Zoning district to a Single-Family zoning district by Don Ederer, E5663 Hwy B, Plain, WI 53577. The purpose of the request is to bring into conformance a portion of the commercial business operations and secondly to separate off a single family residence from the commercial business for sale. The land affected by the proposed rezone is located in Sections 4, 5 and 8, T9N, R4E in the Town of Franklin.
    2. Petition # 21-2003 - A petition to amend the Sauk County Shoreland Ordinance to incorporate the new flood elevations from the White Mound Breach Analysis - Is Postponed Until September.
