- Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).
- Petition # 22-2003 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of La Valle, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from an Single Family Residential zoning district to an Agriculture zoning district by Harvey Reider, PO Box 210, Hwy B, Plain, WI 53577. The purpose of the request is to rezone land outside of a platted subdivision near Lake Redstone back to an Agriculture zoning designation to allow for camping on the property. The land affected by the proposed rezone is located in Sections 12, T13N, R3E in the Town of La Valle.
- Petition # 23-2003 - A petition to approve by resolution the U.S. Highway 12 Corridor Growth Management Plan inclusive of Appendices A-F and in accordance with the provisions of the USH 12 MOA.
