    2. Review of departmental budget comparison through September.
    3. Review and approval of vouchers
  8. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30a.m. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).
    1. Petition #24-2003 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Ironton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from an Exclusive Agricultural zoning district to an Agriculture zoning district by Jerry and Linda White, PO Box 210E4543B, County Hwy K, Reedsburg, WI 53959. The purpose of the request is to convert an existing house into a duplex to be utilized by employees of a dairy farm. The land affected by the proposed rezone is located in Sections 13, T12N, R3E in the Town of Ironton.
    2. Petition #25-2003 - A petition to amend the Sauk County Code of Ordinances Chapter 9 Floodplain Zoning Ordinance by the Sauk County Department of Planning & Zoning. The purpose of the request is to include standard ordinance language relative to recognizing all DNR and FEMA approved floodplain maps, flood profiles, floodway data tables, regional or base flood elevations and other identified maps as official maps of the Sauk County Floodplain Zoning Ordinance by attachment to the ordinance. All unincorporated areas of Sauk County may be affected by the amendment with regard to proper approval procedures.
