    2. Discussion and action on Town of Merrimac Zoning Ordinance Amendments.
    3. Review and action on amendments to Chapter 9 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances relating to the Floodplain Ordinance and more specifically described in Petitions #21-2003 and #25-2003.
    4. Discussion and possible action regarding the possibility of reducing the setbacks in the RC-5 and RC-35 zoning districts and review of Town responses.
    5. Discussion and possible action regarding resolution relating to limiting the number of domestic animals in residentially zoned areas in the County by the Town of La Valle.
    6. Review and approval of vouchers.
  8. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).
    1. Petition # 26-2003 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Greenfield, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from a Resource Conservancy 35 zoning district to an Resource Conservancy 5 zoning district by Carl and Grace Schellenberger, E12506 Man Mound Road, Baraboo, WI 53913. The purpose of the request is to create a new lot for the construction of a single family residence and a second lot which will include an existing single family residence and an abandoned residence. The parcel of land affected by the rezone is located in Section 29, T12N, R7E in the Town of Greenfield.
