- Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).
- Petition # 27-2003 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Winfield, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from an Agriculture zoning district to an Single-Family Residential zoning district by Mark Pelton, S1930 Glen Valley Drive, Reedsburg, WI 53959. The purpose of the request is to expand and existing residential subdivision by approximately 12 to 15 lots. . The parcel of land affected by the rezone is located in Section 25, T13N, R4E in the Town of Winfield.
