   2. Discussion and action on Invoice # 200311131 in the amount of $503.25 for work completed on Phase II of the USH 12 Plan, specifically, the Sauk City Bypass Alternatives study.
   3. Review and approval of vouchers.
8. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).
   1. Petition # 27-2003 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Winfield, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from an Agriculture zoning district to an Single-Family Residential zoning district by Mark Pelton, S1930 Glen Valley Drive, Reedsburg, WI 53959. The purpose of the request is to expand and existing residential subdivision by approximately 12 to 15 lots. . The parcel of land affected by the rezone is located in Section 25, T13N, R4E in the Town of Winfield.
