  6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Don & Jan Ederer, (SP-38-03). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 8.06(2)(d)3 to allow for the replacement of a storm damaged boathouse on existing slopes of more than 20%. This property is located in the Shoreland District on real estate described as: S918 W. Redstone Dr., lot 5, Bobwhite addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 14, T13N, R3E, Town of LaValle, tax parcel 024-1159.
    2. William Appelhans, Joseph J. Hasler Agent, (SP-39-03). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit, pursuant to s.8.07(5), to authorize the clearing of more than 25% of the length of a shoreline. The property is located in the Shoreland District, on real estate described as: S670 W. Redstone Dr., lot 5 Robin addition to Lake Redstone, part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, section 12, T13N, R3E, Town of LaValle, tax parcel 024-2312.
    3. Kevin Fargen, (SP-40-03). The applicant is requesting variances pursuant to s. 7.10(3)(d) and 7.10(3)(e), to authorize the location of the structural repair and addition to, an existing storage building The property is zoned Resource Conservancy District-35 on real estate described as: S11697A County Road G, part of the, SE ¼, SE ¼, section 27, T9N, R3E, Town of Spring Green, tax parcel 032-1145-1.
    4. Martin & Patsy McCluskey, (SP-41-03). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(a) to authorize the conversion of an existing building to a lodging house. The property is zoned Agricultural, on property described as: lot 1 CSM 852, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 3, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, tax parcel 004-0412.
  7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
