ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.

  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. A. Timothy & Kristin Johnson, (SP-42-03). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.10(2)(b)1 to authorize a riding stable in an existing building. The property is located in the Resource Conservancy District-35, on real estate described as: E6165 County Road WC, lot 1 CSM 4102, part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, and the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 34, T9N, R4E, Town of Spring Green, tax parcel 032-1490-10000.
    2. B. SWS. LLC., Ronald J. Steiner Agent, (SP-43-03). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.07(2)(a) and 8.08(3)(a) to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of a navigable water and the clearing in excess of 25% of the shoreline as part of a new subdivision development. This property is located in the Shoreland District on the following real estate described as: part of the S ½ of the NW ¼, & SW ¼ of the NE ¼, & NE ¼ of the SW ¼, and the NW ¼, of the SE ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcels 026-0191, 0198, 0207, 0208, 0208-01, 0208-02, 0209-1, 0209-3 and 0209-5.
    3. C. James Jones, Schluter Construction Inc., Ronald J. Steiner Agent, (SP-44-03). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.07(2)(a) and 8.08(3)(a)3, to authorize the filling and grading within 300 feet of a navigable water and the clearing in excess of 25% of the shoreline as part of the construction of a new single family residence. The property is located in the Shoreland District, on the following real estate described as: part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-0207.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
