ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
2. Approval of agenda.

5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
   1. Becky & Glenn Choroszy, (SP-45-03). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 7.18(3)(b) to authorize the construction of a detached garage within the minimum required road setback. The property is located in the Single Family District, on real estate described as: S665 E. Redstone Dr., lot 38, Swallow addition to Lake Redstone, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 12, T13N, R3E, Town of LaValle, tax parcel 024-2384.
   2. Linda & Gerald White, (SP-46-03). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)15 to authorize the conversion of an existing residence to a duplex for employees of the farm. This property is located in the Agricultural District on the following real estate described as: E4543B County Road K, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 13, T12N, R3E, Town of Ironton, tax parcel 022-0315.
6. Discussion by the Board of Board of Adjustment policies.
7. Possible closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. S. 1985(1)(g), conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is, or is likely to become involved. The Board will reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.
8. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
9. Adjournment.
