Committee Members Present: Weise, Ashford, Cassity, and Sprecher.
Others Present: Lance Gurney, Pam Karg, Don Larson and Ron Mellner.
Chairman Weise called the meeting to order at 5:45 P.M. and Mr. Gurney certified the meeting had been properly posted.
Motion by Cassity, seconded by Sprecher to adopt the agenda as presented. Motion carried.
Communications.
A resolution from the Town of Baraboo approving the rezoning request of Don Larson was received.
Business Items:
Motion by Cassity, seconded by Ashford to take the rezone request of Don Larson in the Town of Baraboo off the table. Motion carried.
Mr. Gurney stated that this item had been tabled at the June 24, 2003, Planning, Zoning and Land Records Committee meeting due to the fact that the Town of Baraboo had not taken any action on it. The Town approved the rezoning request on July 14, 2003.
After clarification on correct parcels (see attached ordinance), a motion was made by Cassity, seconded by Ashford to approve the request as filed by Don Larson for a change in the zoning of certain lands in the Town of Baraboo from a Resource Conservancy 35 Zoning District to a Commercial Zoning District. Motion carried.
Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Cassity to adjourn at 5:51 P.M.
