  2. Approve purchase of International Quad Axle Dump Truck. Motion by Sprecher. seconded by Schmitz to approve purchase of International Quad Axle Dump Truck from Capital City International with trade of Unit#302 for $19,537.00.
    Motion carried.
    Motion to adjourn by Stevens, seconded by Schmitz.

  2. Adopt Agenda. Motion to adopt Agenda by Schmitz, seconded by Meister.
    Motion carried.
  3. Road Inspection Tour-County Trunk Highways. Motion to leave for County Trunk Inspection Tour by Stevens, seconded by Sprecher.
    Motion carried.
    Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting set for Thursday, June 12, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
