SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:

1. Meeting called to order and certify Open Meeting Law by Chairman Hartje. Present: Hartje, Schmitz, Meister, Sprecher, and Stevens.
   Absent: None
   Also present: Steve Muchow
2. Adopt Agenda. Motion to adopt Agenda by Meister, seconded by Stevens.
   Motion carried.
3. Road Inspection Tour-County Trunk Highways.
4. Discuss Tri-County Airport Manager's Position. John Schmitz to meet with other two counties for approval of manager becoming Sauk County Employee.
   No action.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting set for Thursday, November 13, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
Motion carried.
