    3. Consider appropriation of $2,658 of unbudgeted revenues from communications services provided to other entities for reclassification of the Communications Technician position.
    4. Consider resolution authorizing the borrowing of approximately $6,825,000; providing for the issuance and sale of general obligation refunding bonds, series 2004A, therefor; and levying a tax in connection therewith.
    5. Consider resolution awarding the sale of approximately $3,160,000 general obligation promissory notes, series 2004B; providing for form of the notes; and levying a tax in connection therewith.
    6. Consider resolution approving carryforward of 2003 funds to 2004.
