5. Departmental updates: A summary of the services departments provide, the number of people served by each service, any waiting lists for each service. For these services, the dollars spent and the funding sources of these dollars. An opinion about the services that could be or should be provided. Barriers to these services, both ones that are currently offered and ones that could/should be offered. Trends on the horizon affecting their decisions.
