Judiciary & Executive and Legislative Committee - Minutes

PRESENT: Williams, Montgomery, Wenzel, R. Williams, and Steinhorst

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.

Montgomery made a motion, second by Williams to adopt the Agenda.
Motion, Carried.

Wenzel made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.

Wenzel made a motion second by Montgomery to approve attendance at the CLASS A Summer Conference on June 10 th & 11 th , in Sturgeon Bay for 4 District Attorney Staff Personnel.
Motion Carried.

Montgomery made a motion second by Wenzel to take the Crime Victims' Rights Week Proclamation Resolution to full County Board at their next regular meeting April 20, 2004.
Motion Carried .

Montgomery made a motion second by Wenzel to approve the following monthly vouchers:

Child Support's monthly vouchers in the amount of $2,594.58
District Attorney & Victim Witness' monthly vouchers in the amount of $1,641.04
Circuit Court's monthly vouchers in the amount $777.10
Clerk of Circuit Court's monthly vouchers in the amount of $20,856.07
Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk in the amount of $2,085.16

Court Commissioner's and Family Court Counseling Mediation in the amount of $1,395.00.
Motion Carried.

Wenzel made a motion, second by Montgomery to adjourn to Thursday May 13, 2003 at 8:30 a.m. at the Branch I Jury Room.
