  1. Call to order and certification of the open meeting law
  2. Adopt agenda
  3. Approval of February 25, 2004 meeting minutes
  4. Nomination of new chairperson and vice-chairperson and election
  5. Explain the new organization of the LTS and CAP units and introduce Lisa Fossedal as a new Sauk County Department of Human Services representative.
  6. Revise policy on CBRF funding regarding use of relocation/life lease funds. Relocation/life lease funds will not be included in the countable dollars percentage for CBRF countable program allocations.
  7. Review COP one time funding for Exceptional Expense policies and the committee's role in the process. Review the two high cost requests made this year and get approval from the committee.
