The Special Meeting of the MIS Committee was called to order at 5:30p.m., Tuesday, May 18, 2004. Members present were: Krueger, Stoeckmann, Netzinger and White and Gaalswyk. Guest: Fults. Meeting called to order by Stoeckmann. Motion to adopt agenda by Netzinger, seconded by Gaalswyk. Agreed on by committee.
Motion carried.
Election of Committee Officers: Chair - Rose White nominated by Stoeckmann, seconded by Krueger.
Krueger moves to close nomination and cast vote, seconded by White. Motion carried. Elected unanimously. Vice-Chair - White nominated Netzinger, seconded by Krueger. Krueger moved to close nomination and cast vote, seconded by Gaalswyk. Elected unanimously. Secretary - White nominated by Netzinger, seconded by Gaalswyk. Krueger moved to close nomination and cast vote, seconded by Gaalswyk. Elected unanimously.
Resolution: Fults and Pate explained resolution noting that the county would be required to expend money for upgrade within 2 yrs. with or without grant.
Motion to approve by Netzinger, seconded by Krueger. Approved by Committee.
Next meeting scheduled for June 2, at 9a.m.
Motion to adjourn by Krueger, seconded by Gaalswyk. Agreed on by committee.
