  8. SIEU/UP 1199W - Grievance hearing regarding employee recall from layoff status.
  9. CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to 19.85 (1)(e) for the purpose of establishing collective bargaining strategy for upcoming collective bargaining sessions and ongoing grievances and pursuant to 19.85 (1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility over. Committee to reconvene in open session immediately following closed session discussion.

  11. Human Services - Resolution considering the elimination of one vacant social worker position and creating a psychiatric nurse outside of the 2004 budget process.
