6. Approval of Vouchers

a. Committee consideration and approval of vouchers for the Register of Deeds, Mapping and Surveying Departments.

7. Departmental updates: Planning & Zoning

• Monthly report.
• Discussion and possible action by Committee regarding direction to Department on how to handle BOA, Rezone, and Ordinance Amendment petition costs brought through committee for public hearing by other County Departments.
• Discussion and action on Invoice # 000200401084 in the amount of $3,775.53 for work completed on Phase II of the USH 12 Plan, specifically, the Sauk City Bypass Alternatives study and the Tourist Entertainment Development Guidelines.
• Review and approval of vouchers.

8. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).

a. Petition #8-2004 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Dellona, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from a Multi-Family Residential to a Recreational/Commercial zoning district for the purpose of constructing a new sales bulding and parking area to service the Christmas Mountain Village development. The parcel of land affected by the rezone is located in Sections 14, T13N, R5E in the Town of Dellona.
