    1. Committee consideration and approval of vouchers for the Register of Deeds, Mapping and Surveying Departments.

    1. Monthly report.
    2. Discussion and possible action on the reduction in frontage along a public right-of-way for a proposed certified survey map lot from the required 40 feet to 33 feet. Said request is located in Section 18, T8N, R5E of the Town of Spring Green.
    3. Discussion and possible action on a Development Plan and Preliminary Plat (PUD) for 50 lots under petitions 03-2004 and 04-2004 by Rick Richard, Applicant/Agent, in Sections 3 and 10, T10N, R6E of the Town of Sumpter.
    4. Review and approval of vouchers.
  9. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).
    1. Petition # 12-2004 - A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Dellona, Sauk County, Wisconsin, from an Agricultural zoning district to a Recreational Commercial Zoning District by Russell Hansen, 5332 Stark Road, Sun Prairie, WI 53590. The purpose of the request is to establish a 200 unit campground inclusive of a mini-golf course, campground store, swimming pool, horseshoes and hiking trails. The land affected by the proposed rezone is located in Section 22, T13N, R5E in the Town of Dellona
