Discussion and possible approval of a request to reduce the required minimum width of an access easement from 66 feet to 33 feet in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 22.15 by Richard and Barbara Gogola, represented by Atty. Joseph Hasler. The property is located in NE,NW, Section 14, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona and more specifically identified as Lot 1 of Sauk County CSM 2059. The property has an address of S941 Coon Bluff Road.
    3. Discussion and possible approval of a Final Plat for Bluffview Village for 50 lots under Petition 04-2004 by Rick Richard, Applicant/Agent, in Sections 3 and 10, T10N, R6E, of the Town of Sumpter.
    4. Discussion on approach to agriculture land and natural resource protection.
    5. Review and approval of vouchers.

Petition #26-2004 - A petition to amend the Town of Baraboo's Development Plan and Land Use Map designating areas of the Town south of the City of Baraboo for future single family residential uses and which has been filed by the Town of Baraboo c/o Kay Bainbridge, Town of Baraboo Clerk, 101 Cedar Street, Baraboo, WI 53913. The proposed amendment is located within the Baraboo Sanitary Sewer District and is a precursor to a proposed rezone to single family residential followed by a proposed development plan and subdivision plat.
