ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.

  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Walter & Lorna Klitzke, (SP-01-04). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 7.05B(3)(d) to allow an existing residence and building to be split from the farm. The property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District, on real estate described as: S4821 Golf Course Rd., part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 36, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, tax parcel 030-1136.
    2. Roger & Lillian Hagi, (SP-02-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(r)21 and a variance per s. 7.05(2)(r)21b to authorize the continued operation of a salvage yard within ¼ mile of a county highway. This property is located in the Agricultural District on the following real estate described as: E8522 County Road P, part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, section 22, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcels 006-0447, 0449 and 0450-2.
    3. Baraboo Concrete Co. Inc., B.R. Amon & Sons, Inc., (agent), (SP-03-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)19 to authorize the operation of a temporary, portable asphalt plant in an existing quarry. The property is zoned Agricultural on real estate described as: S3902 Fox Hill Rd., part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 22, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0702.
    4. Jack & Mary Waterman, (SP-03-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)1 to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% within 300 feet of the Wisconsin River as part of a residential construction project. The property is located in the Shoreland District on real estate described as: E11420 Hillside Dr., lot 1 CSM 3689 and lot 47, 2nd Addition to Sugar Bowl Retreat, part of the NE ¼, SW ¼, section 14, T13N, R6E, Town of Delton, tax parcels, 008-0467 and 1722.
    5. Richard Meyer, dba Crossroads Trading Post LLC., (SP-05-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.09(2)(b)10 to authorize the storage, repair and sales of boats and recreational vehicles. The property is zoned commercial on real estate described as: E4255 County Road V, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 26, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0720.
    6. Bluegreen Vacation Club Inc., dba Christmas Mountain Village, (SP-06-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.08A(2)(b)12 to authorize the construction of a Check-in/Pool Facility building. The property is zoned Recreational-Commercial on real estate described as: S944 Christmas Mountain Rd., lot 1 CSM 2079, part of the E ½, NE ¼, section 14, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcel 006-0255-1.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
