ORDER OF BUSINESS
- Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.

- Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
- Sauk County, (SP-07-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 23.07(1)(b)2 to authorize the location of a new telecommunication tower. The property is located in the Agricultural District, on real estate described as: Hemlock Park, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 21, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0546.
- Alvin & Victorien Klitzke, (SP-08-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.10(2)(b)4 to authorize the location of three wildlife ponds within 300 feet of a property line. This property is located in the Resource Conservancy District-35 on the following real estate described as: E10210 State Road 136, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 29, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0904.
- Gerald & Phyllis Wittmann, (SP-09-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)21 to authorize the continued operation of a salvage yard. This request is to renew an expired special exception permit issued in 1998. The property is zoned Agricultural on real estate described as: S8697 County Road G, part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 22, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, tax parcel 004-0759.
- Hubert & Betty Durst, (SP-10-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)15 to authorize the location of a proposed new duplex. The property is zoned Agricultural on real estate described as: part of the SW ¼, SW ¼, section 34, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0930.
- Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment
