  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Craig & Jamie Hubertz, (SP-10-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)1 to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% in the Shoreland District as part of the construction of a new residence, retaining walls and walkway to the lake. The property is zoned Single- Family Residential on real estate described as: lot 15 Canary addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 23, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-1244.
    2. Steve Kearns dba Willowood Inn, (SP-12-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.08A(2)(b)17 to authorize a campground at an existing motel. The property is zoned Recreational-Commercial on real estate described as: S5509 State Road 123, part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 11, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0317.
    3. Larson Auto Dealership, (SP-13-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.09(2)(b)10 to authorize a new vehicle dealership. The property is zoned Commercial on real estate described as: part of the NE ¼, section 21, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0634, 0636, 0637 and 0639.
    4. Bluegreen Vacation Club Inc., dba Christmas Mountain Village, (SP-15-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.08A(2)(b)12 to authorize the construction of a new Preview Center (sales building). The property is zoned Recreational-Commercial on real estate described as: S944 Christmas Mountain Rd., Part of the N ½, NE ¼, section 14, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcel 006-0255 & 0256-1.
    5. Lawrence Smith, (SP-16-04). The applicant is requesting two special exception permits pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)10 and s. 7.05(2)(k)20 to authorize a private landfill site and an agricultural related business ( the sale of old farm machinery). The property is zoned Agricultural on real estate described as: S1849 Herwig Rd., part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 25, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcel 006-0539 & 0538.

    6. Duncan & Gillian Cairns, (Wally Kotlowski, agent), (SP-17-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)1 to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% in the Shoreland Protection District to construct a new residence and driveway. The property is zoned Single Family Residential on real estate described as: lot 12, Woodpecker addition to Lake Redstone, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 12, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-2459.
    7. Steven & Marsha Luther and LeRoy & Lois Luther, (Anthony Tomaselli, agent), (SP-18-04). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 9.04(4)(a) to authorize the construction of a structure in on or over floodway areas which is designed for human habitation and a change in administrative decision pursuant to s. 9.07(3)(b)1, to remove a stop work order issued at this parcel. This property is located in the Floodway District on real estate described as: S3696 County Road U, lot 1 CSM 2908, part of the S ½, SE ¼, section 14, T12N, R7E, Town of Fairfield, tax parcel 012-0549.
    8. The Kreamer Company, LLC, (SP-19-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)19 to authorize the renewal of a special exception permit issued in 1999 for this existing mineral extraction site. This property is zoned Agricultural on real estate described as: part of the N ½, NW ¼, section 28, and the NE ¼, & S ½, NE ¼, and part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 29, T10N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac, tax parcels 028-0672, 0676, 0675, and 0688.
    9. Todd Harbort, (SP-20-04). The applicant is requesting two variances pursuant to s. 8.06(2)(d)3 and 8.06(2)(d)5 to authorize the construction of a boathouse on slopes of more than 20%, in excess of 22 feet wide and larger than 640 square feet. This property is located in the Shoreland District on real estate described as: E12778 West Point Dr., lot 8 Eagle Point, part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1140.
