  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Michael R. Wilson, (SP-27-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)1, to authorize the construction of a driveway within 300 feet of a navigable stream. The property is located in the Shoreland District, on real estate described as: NE ¼, NW ¼, section 10, T13N, R4E, Town of Winfield, tax parcel 042-0203-10000.
    2. James Moritz, Sr, (SP-28-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)1 to authorize the repair of a dam and filling and grading within 300 feet of navigable water. The property is located in the Shoreland District, on real estate described as: Lake Dellona Subdivision, Outlot 2, section 25, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcel 006-1111-00000.
    3. Lawrence Smith, (SP-16-04). The applicant is reappearing before the board requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s.7.05(2)(k)10 to locate a private landfill on his property. The property is zoned Agricultural and described as: S1849 Herwig Rd, lot 1 CSM 549, part of SE 1/4, NE ¼, section 25, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcel 006-0539 and 0538 owned by Lawrence Smith.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
