ORDER OF BUSINESS

  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Robert DeMars, (SP-33-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception pursuant to s. 7.10(2)(b)4, to authorize the construction of six wildlife ponds within 300 feet of a property line. The property is located in the Resource Conservancy District-35, on real estate described as: SE ¼, NW ¼, section 30, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0927 & 0916.
    2. Tod & Julie Fleming, (SP-34-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)13 and 8.08(3)(a), and a variance pursuant s. 8.05(1)(b) to authorize the construction of a stormwater detention dam within 300 feet of a property line and a stabilization structure within 10 feet of a side lot line as part of an erosion control project. The property is located in the Agricultural District, on real estate described as: E11999 Kessler Rd., lot 1 CSM 316 and lot 1 CSM 2026, part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 12, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcels 002-0324 & 0324-1.
    3. Thomas & Lynn McWilliams, (SP-35-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a), and a variance pursuant to s.8.06(2)(d)3 to authorize filling and grading and the construction of a boathouse on slopes in excess of 20%. The property is located in the Shoreland District and described as: lot 31 Eagle Point, part of NE ¼, , NE ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1163.
    4. Gregory Mulcahy, (SP-36-04). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 8.06(2)(d)3 to authorize the construction of a boathouse on slopes in excess of 20%. The property is in the Shoreland District on real estate described as: S8256 Inspiration Dr., lot 29 Summer Oaks Cove, part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, section 17, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1036.
    5. John Kassner, (SP-37-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)3 to authorize filling and grading of more than 4000 square feet on slopes of less than 12 % to construct a roadway. This property is located in the Shoreland District on real estate described as: Coves Court Subdivision, part of the NW ¼, NW ¼, section 17, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac.
    6. Mark Richards, (SP-38-04). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 8.05(1)(b) to authorize the construction of an addition, as built, to a residence within the minimum side yard setback. This property is located in the Shoreland District on real estate described as: S8863 Gruber's Grove Rd., lot 18 & 19, Gruber's Grove, part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 24 T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter, tax parcel 034-0698.
    7. Bruce & Dianne Hemmersbach, (SP-39-04). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 7.18(3)(b) to authorize the construction of an agricultural accessory building, as built, within the road right-of -way. This property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District on real estate described as: E4890 Hickory Rd., part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 19, T10N, R4E, Town of Franklin, tax parcel 014-0855.
    8. Nicholas McPherson, (SP-40-04). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 7.05(3)(e) to authorize a proposed farm consolidation that will create a lot line with a rear yard of less than 25 feet. This property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District on real estate described as: S3446 La Rue Rd., part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 15, T12N, R3E, Town of Ironton, tax parcel 022-0359, owned by Archie McPherson.
    9. Lynn & Holly Mittelstaedt, (SP-41-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.09(2)(b)10 to authorize recreational vehicle and boat sales, service and rentals. This property is located in the Commercial District on real estate described as: S1472B State Road 33, lot 2 CSM 1451, part of the SE ¼, NW ¼, section 22, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0601-2.
    10. David & Julia Katzner, (SP-42-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.10A(2)(b)4 and 8.08(3)(a)3 to authorize the construction of a pond/wildlife scrape within 300 feet of a property line and filling and grading of more than 4000 square feet within 300 feet of a stream. This property is located in the Resource Conservancy District-5 on real estate described as: E8446 Hogsback Rd., lot 1 CSM 4712, part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 16, T12N, R5E, Town of Excelsior, tax parcel 010-0702-1.
