ORDER OF BUSINESS:
- Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
- Approval of agenda.

- Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
- Judd Maxwell, Glenville Timberwrights, (SP-51-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant s.7.10(2)(b)7 to authorize the location of a sawmill on the same premises for more than ten days. The property is located in the Resource Conservancy District-35, on real estate described as: S5390 State Road 113, part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, section 7, T11N, R7E, Town of Greenfield, tax parcel 024-1005.
- Carl & Patricia Barrett, (SP-52-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s.8.08(3)(a), to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of Lake Wisconsin for the construction of a new residence. The property is located in the Shoreland District and describes as: lot 23 Eagle Point, part of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1155.
- Consumer's Co-op Oil Co. (SP-53-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s.23.07(1)(b)2 and a variance pursuant to s.23.08(2) to authorize the replacement of an existing 150 foot radio tower within the minimum required setback. The property is in the Exclusive Agricultural District on real estate described as: E1185 State Road 60, part of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, section 10, T9N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac, tax parcel 0028-0266.
- Kenneth Sebranek, (SP-54-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s.7.03(2)(n)1 to authorize the operation of a lodging house. This property is located in the Single Family Residential District on real estate described as: S3146 Lake Shore Rd., lot 21 Lake Virginia, part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, section 8, T12N, R5E, Town of Excelsior, tax parcel 010-0306.
- Kohler Foundation, (SP-55-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s.7.13(1)(h)4 to authorize the location of an institution of an educational, philanthropic or charitable nature. This property is located in the Single Family Residential District on real estate described as: E885 & E846 Painted Forest Dr., lots 5 & 6 block 8 and the S 1/2, lot 1 block 11, Village of Valton, part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4, section 29, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, tax parcels 044-0768 & 0775.
- Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing
will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
