ORDER OF BUSINESS:

1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
2. Approval of agenda.
3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
4. Communications.
5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
   1. Edward Earl Smith (SP-56-04), a special exception permit per s. 7.05(k)13 to authorize the location of a pond/wildlife scrape within 300 feet of a property line.
   2. Charles Goad, Mike Wilson agent, (SP-57-04), a variance per s.8.06(2) to authorize the construction of a private bridge within 75 feet of a navigable stream.
   3. Dale Moore, (SP-58-04), a special exception permit per s.8.08(3)(a) to authorize filling and grading (as completed) within 300 feet of a navigable stream to level an area for round bale feeding.
6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
7. Adjournment.
