1. Meeting called to order and certify Open Meeting Law by Chairman Hartje.
   Present: Hartje, Meister, Sprecher, Sinklair, and Stevens.
   Absent: None.

2. Adopt Agenda. Motion to adopt Agenda by Meister, seconded by Sprecher.
   Motion carried.
3. Review and Approve Purchase of Dump Bodies and Pusher Axles for Quad Axle Trucks.
   Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Meister to approve purchase of two (2) Asphalt Dump Bodies and Hydraulic Systems from Rowe Truck Equipment in the amount of $ 20,300.00 and four (4) Link Liftable Air Suspensions from Kenosha Suspension Specialists .
   Motion carried.
4. Road Inspection Tour-County Trunk Highways.
5. * Discuss Proposed Passing Zone on STH 33 at the Intersection of STH 58.
   Reviewed proposed location of passing zone on STH 33 - at intersection of STH 58 and entrance to Hartje Home and Tire Center.
   No action taken.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting set for Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at 8:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
