As follow up to a question raised at the last meeting regarding availability of alcoholic beverages at planned activities on Campus associated with the July 3rd holiday parade, Dean Brophy distributed copies of an e-mail received from Sauk County Corporation Counsel, Todd Liebman. Discussion followed and motion was made by Geimer, seconded by Will to approve the planned activities, including alcohol, associated with the July 3rd holiday parade on Campus property. Roll call vote was taken on the motion with the following results: AYE: (4) Geimer, Wedekind, Mielke, and Will. NAYE: (2) Lombard and Haugen. ABSTAIN: (1) Giese.

A list of upcoming events for UW-Baraboo/Sauk County was distributed and the Dean invited Commission members to attend any and all events shown.
