1. Review of currently protected properties and discussion of future priorities
2. Convene closed session pursuant to s. 19.85 (1)(e):
   "Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session." Discussion and possible action on proposed acquisition of development rights.
3. Return to open session immediately following completion of the closed session.
