The County Board will meet as a Committee of the Whole at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room for a presentation by Mark Hilliker and Jenny Erickson, UW-Extension Community Natural Resources Economic Development Educators, regarding the Strategic planning process which will be undertaken by Sauk County. Refreshments will be provided for Board members beginning at 4:30 p.m. The regularly scheduled meeting of the County Board of Supervisors will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Special meeting of the Property and Insurance Committee at 4:00p.m., in Gallery of the County Board Room 326A, to 1.) Consider a request to offer for competitive bid, the sale of county owned equipment; and 2.) Approving sale of land below White Mound Dam.
Special joint meeting of the Personnel Committee and Finance Committee at 4:30 p.m. in the Gallery of the County Board Room 326A, to 1.) Consider a Resolution to Authorize the 2006 Annual Adjustment for Non- Represented Employees' Salaries Effective January 1, 2006.
Special meeting of the Environmental Resources Committee at 4:30 p.m. in Room 213, to 1.) Consider a resolution Authorizing the Environmental Resources Committee to Accept the Proposal of Meise Construction, Inc. for the Importation of Topsoil Resources to be Utilized at the Sauk County Landfill.
Special meeting of the Finance Committee at 4:45 p.m., in the Gallery of the County Board Room 326A, to 1.) Consider approval of County vouchers, and 2.) Consider an ordinance change amending amounts collected for worthless checks and the amount set for purposes of retention or waiver in overpayment or underpayment to the county.
Special meeting of the Public Health Board at 4:45 p.m. in the Gallery of the County Board Room to consider application for an Open Air Assembly permit from the Border Riders Motorcycle Club.
