Special committees, boards, and commissions shall be selected or appointed by the County Board Chairperson with the approval of the Board. These committees, boards and commissions shall select their own chairperson. The Chairperson shall notify County Supervisors of proposed appointments by United States Mail no later than the Wednesday afternoon prior to the scheduled meeting of the Board at which the appointments will be voted upon. If an appointment is to be considered at a special meeting of the Board, the Chairperson shall provide notice by United States Mail no later than six days prior to the date of the special meeting.

Resolution No. 39-05 Approving Purchase of Development Rights Agreement for the Carl L. Barrett and Patricia A. Barrett Property Pursuant to the Sauk County Baraboo Range Protection Plan. Moved (White/Fordham). Lance Gurney, Planning & Zoning Department Director addressed the Board regarding passing easements on to property owners. Todd Liebman, Corporation Counsel stated easement was fully disclosed to the buyer, and that purchasers have no choice but to accept easements.

Resolution No. 40-05 Approving Site Lease Agreement with Town
of Delton and Space Lease Agreement with Wisconsin Power
and Light. Beverly J. Mielke, Sauk County Clerk, noted the
third paragraph was changed to read: "WHEREAS, the Town of Delton has agreed to waive rent for
the lease of the tower site in exchange for a 50% share of the revenue
collected from Wisconsin Power and Light Company, and a 40% share of
any revenue collected from any of the County's other lessees on the tower
as well as a commitment by the County to permit the Town to place two
antennas on the Tower for its own use; and,". Moved (Bychinski/Netzinger).
