1. Meeting called to order by Chair Bychinski at 7:32 a.m. at the Sauk County Highway Department meeting room. Certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law was met.
2. Adopt agenda: Motion by Sinklair, second by Hartje to adopt agenda.
3. Carried.
4. Adopt minutes: Motion by Hartje, second by Sinklair to approve minutes of last meeting.
   Carried.
5. Public Comment: None.
6. Communications: None.
7. Business Items:
   Closed Session. Move by Hartje, 2nd by Sinklair to move to closed session. Roll call Hartje - Yes,
   Sinklair - Yes, Bychinski - Yes.
   Carried
8. Reconvene in open session.Tim Zumm questioned whether or not all committee correspondence, agendas etc. could be sent to him. Per Todd Liebman there is no obligation for the County to do this.
9. Consider resolution to purchase property in the Township of Greenfield. Move by Hartje, second by Stevens to adopt the resolution to purchase an existing tower site in the Township of Greenfield from Charter Communications. Carried.
10. Consider resolution regarding property in the Town of Bear Creek. Move by Stevens, 2nd by Sinklair to adopt resolution to negotiate the purchase of property in the Township of Bear Creek for a Communications Tower.
    Carried
11. Consider resolution regarding property in the Township of Spring Green. No action taken.
12. Next meeting was set for 7:30 a.m. On July 6th, 2005 at the Courthouse EMBS Meeting room.
13. Move by Hartje, 2nd by Sinklair to adjourn.
    Carried.
