3. Possible closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Conferring with legal counsel for the governing body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation to which it is or is likely to become involved." Personnel matters.
4. Reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.
5. Possible resolution Commending Gene M. Wiegand For Years Of Faithful Service To The People Of Sauk County And Approving A Selective Early Retirement Package.
6. Adjournment.
