The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Wenzel at 4:45 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
Committee members reviewed a resolution entitled, "Authorizing the Appeal to the Interior Board of Indian Appeals of the Decision of the Regional Director of the Bureau of Indian Affairs in the Continued Opposition to the Acquisition of Indian Trust Land in Sauk County." Supervisor Larry Volz noted the Town of Delton is on record as opposing the decision referred to in the resolution. Motion by Hartje, seconded by Endres to approve forwarding the resolution to the County Board for consideration. Motion carried.
Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Montgomery to adjourn.Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 4:50p.m.
