Tollaksen made a motion, second by Fordham to approve the Minutes of the previous meeting.

Judge Evenson appeared to discuss Public Defender Appointments and GAL fees and billing cycles.
Fordham made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Circuit Court's Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $5,131.55 for December 2004, $60.00 for January 2005.
Motion carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Carlson to approve the Court Commissioner's Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $3,601.77 for December, 2004 and $200.00 for January, 2005.
Motion carried.
Carlson made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Clerk of Court's Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $27,734.25 for December, 2004.
Motion carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Carlson to approve the Child Support's Monthly Vouchers in the amount of $2,940.15 or December, 2004.
Motion carried.
Fordham made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Register in Probate's Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $572.51 for December, 2004.
Motion carried.
Fordham made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the District Attorney & Victim Witness' Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $1,375.89 for December, 2004 to approve two people to attend the Victim Witness Professional Conference April 13 to 15th, and to approve one person's attendance at the Victim Witness Regional Meeting in January or February 2005.

Fordham made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adjourn to February 10, 2005 at 8:15 a.m. in the Branch II Jury Room.
