PRESENT: Montgomery, Fordham, Sinklair, Carlson, Tollaksen, Evenson, Grill, Johnson, Mueller, Radke, Schauf, and Steinhorst.
The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Carlson to adopt the Amended Agenda.
Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion, second by Carlson to approve the Minutes of the
previous meeting.
Motion Carried.
Kathy Schauf appeared to explain to the committee what would be expected while she is the Interim Administrator Coordinator. Schauf stated that they will continue working on the Strategic Planning, and one of the problems they will be addressing is communications between the committees and departments/department heads.
Fordham made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Circuit Court’s
Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $568.05 for September 2005.
Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Court Commissioner’s
Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $651.00 for September 2005.
Motion Carried.
Carlson made a motion, second by Fordham to approve the Child Support’s
Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $2,447.03 for September 2005.
Motion Carried
Fordham made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Clerk of Court’s
Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $32,027.64 for September 2005.
Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion second by Carlson to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile
Clerk’s Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $1,302.05 for
September 2005.
Motion Carried.
Carlson made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the District Attorney’s
Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $798.00 for September 2005.
Motion Carried.
Fordham made a motion, second Tollaksen to approve Diane Luck’s
attendance at the V/W Regional Meeting.
Motion Carried.
Sinklairmade a motion, second by Tollaksen to adjourn to November 10,
2005 at 8:15 a.m. in the Branch II Jury Room.
