    1. Appearance by Gene Wiegand, County Administrative Coordinator, to discuss options for restructuring of Mapping Department.
    2. Discussion and action for staff to attend the annual WLIA conference to be held in Green Bay on February 22-24th.

    1. Discussion and possible action on a Resolution to purchase a Tri-Min application for online records.
    2. Review and approval on vouchers.

    2. Discussion and possible action on Final Plat by Peter Kolar in Section 8, T12N, R6E, of the Town of Delton. As a component of this approval, final approvals of the Covenants, Bylaws, Stormwater Management Plan, and any other Development Agreements with the Town of Delton are meant to be inclusive.
    3. Discussion and possible action on request by Madelein Kern, represented by agent Richard Blakeslee, to waive the restriction of creating 3 lots in a 5 year period by way of Certified Survey Map and allow for 4 lots to be created in accordance with the authority granted to the Agency under 22.61. The property in question lies within the City of Reedsburg ET area and the creation of 4 lots within the 5 year period would remain consistent with the City's regulations.
    4. Discussion and action on Resolution for the Baraboo Range Protection Program for purchase of development rights from John Waldinger (134.75 acres) in sections 8 and 9, T10N, R5E in the Town of Honey Creek.
    5. Discussion and possible action on Resolution to purchase a replacement departmental vehicle as set forth within the 2005 departmental budget.
