   2. Discussion and possible action on Final Plat by Peter Kolar in Section 8, T12N, R6E of the Town of Delton. As a component of this approval, final approvals of the Covenants, Bylaws, Stormwater Management Plan, and any other Development Agreements with the Town of Delton are meant to be inclusive.
   3. Discussion and possible on Preliminary Plat and Development Plan by Mark Pelton in Section 25, T13N, R4E of the Town of Winfield. The public hearing for the Preliminary Plat and Development Plan was held on August 24, 2004. However, the PZLR Committee withheld approval action on the preliminary plat until a portion of the property received rezoning approval by the County Board in September.
   4. Review and approval of vouchers.
