Petition #3-2005 - A petition for approval of a rezone from an Resource Conservancy district to a Recreational-Commercial zoning district for the purpose of establishing a campground to be developed in four phases with a total build-out of 180-200 campsites with related accessories. The request is being made by Charles and Caroline Geffert, S7142 Orchard Road, North Freedom, WI 53951 and the parcel of land affected by the rezone is located in Sections 33, T11N, R5E in the Town of Freedom, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
