- Discussion and possible action on approval of a Final
Plat for a subdivision plat in the Town of Winfield.
The request is being made by Mark Pelton, land owner. This
Final Plat was originally approved by the PZLR Committee
(Agency) on February 22, 2005, but was not recorded
by Mr. Pelton. In light of the requirements of Wis. Stats 236.25(2)b,
the Final Plat must be reapproved prior to recording.
- Discussion and possible action on approval of a Final
Plat for Phase I of a subdivision in the Town of Baraboo.
The request is being made by Jim Michaels and Dean Oleszak,
Agents for the Tranquility Subdivision Plat.
- Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee
to consider and take possible action at the conclusion
of each respective hearing).
- Petition # 18-2005 - A petition to consider an amendment
to the Sauk County Agricultural Preservation Plan referred
to as the "Third Addendum" which
represents a step in a process to offer Planned Unit Development
options in Sauk County.; The PUD will offer landowners
in Sauk County's rural areas an opportunity to create small (clustered)
lots at a specified density in exchange for a PUD Preservation
Area Easement. The two types of PUD's include the conservation
subdivision and cluster development.
