    1. Mark Richards, (SP-38-04) The applicant is requesting variances pursuant to s.8.05(1)(b) and s.8.09(1)(i) to authorize an addition, as built within the minimum side yard setback exceeding the maximum square footage allowed. The property is located in the shoreland District, on real estate described as: S8863 Gruber's Grove Rd., lots 18 & 19, Gruber's Grove, part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, section 24, T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter, tax parcel 034-0698.
  6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00a.m.
    1. High Blue Ranch LLC., Michael Wilson (agent), (SP-57-04). The applicant is requesting variances pursuant to s.8.06(2), to authorize the location of two structures (private bridges) within 75 feet of a navigable waterway. The property is located in the Agricultural District, on real estate described as: NE 1/4, NW 1/4, section 10, T13N, R4E, Town of Winfield, tax parcel 042-0203-1.
    2. Blane Miller, (SP-01-05). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 7.10A(3)(e) to authorize the location of a storage shed (as built) within the minimum rear yard setback. The property is located in the Resource Conservancy District-5, on real estate described as: lot 1 CSM 1782, part of the S 1/2, SW 1/4, section 15, T12N, R5E, Town of Excelsior, tax parcel 010-0668.
    3. Grede Foundries Inc., (SP-02-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)10 to authorize the renewal of a special exception permit to operate a private landfill. The property is located in the Agricultural District and described as: part of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4, and the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, section 23, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, tax parcels 030-0808-2 & 0827.
    4. Doug & Pam Halverson, (SP-03-05). The applicant is requesting variances pursuant to s.8.06(1)(c)2, 8.05 (3)(c) and 8.06(2) to authorize the removal of an existing nonconforming cottage snd the building a new residence within the minimum road setback on a substandard lot, within the minimum setback from the lake. The property is in the Shoreland District on real estate described as: S7630 All Brite Rd., lot 4 All Brite View, part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, section 3, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-0841.
    5. Jeff & Sheri Rodgers, Atwell & Sons Construction Inc., (agent) (SP-04-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s.8.08(3)(a)1 to authorize filling and grading on slopes in excess of 20% within 300 feet of Lake Wisconsin for the construction of a new residence. This property is located in the Shoreland District on real estate described as: S8312 Inspiration Dr., lot 2 CSM 1754, part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4 section 17 T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1043-1.
  7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
