A. Gene & Shirley Harms, (SP-17-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.10(2)(b)7 to authorize the renewal of a permit to operate a agricultural related business (the sale of used farm equipment). The property is zoned Resource Conservancy District-35, on real estate described as: E10144 State Road 136, part of the SW ¼, SW ¼, section 29, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0905.
B. Darrell Klingenmeyer, etal and The KraemerCo. LLC, (SP-18-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(20(k)19 to authorize the renewal of a permit to operate a mineral extraction site. The property is located in the Agricultural District and described as: part of the SW ¼, SW ¼, section 15 and N ½, SW ¼ and part of the NW ¼, section 22, T11N, R5E, Town of Freedom, tax parcels 016-0300, 0461, 0462, 0464, 0466, 0467 & 0468.
C. Patrick Lomasney, (SP-19-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.07(5) to authorize the clearing of more than of 25% of a shoreline within 35 feet of a creek. The property is located in the Shoreland District on real estate described as: part of the NW ¼, NW ¼, section 4 and NE ¼, NE ¼, section 5, T9N, R4E, Town of Franklin, tax parcels 014-0112 & 0133.
D. David Bindl, (SP-20-05). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 7.18(3)(b) to authorize the remodeling and reconstruction of a milk house (as built) within the minimum road setback. The property is located in the Agricultural District on real estate described as: part of the W ½, NE ¼, section 17, T9N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, tax parcel 004-0257.
E. Lawrence Mundth, (SP-21-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)15 to authorize the location of a duplex. This property is located in the Agricultural District on real estate described as: E5357 County Road S, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼ section 29, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, tax parcels 030-0975.
F. Gerald Dallman, (SP-22-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)2 to authorize the location of a contractor's storage yard. The property is located in the Agricultural District, on real estate described as: S1203 Town Hall Rd., part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 17, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcel 006-0350.
