ORDER OF BUSINESS
- Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.

- Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
- Ron Silverthorn, (SP-27-05). The applicant is requesting
a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)
to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of
a navigable water. The property is in the Shoreland
Protection District, on property described as: E13981
County Road DL, part of the N ½, NE ¼,
section 26, T11N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel
026-0433.
- SWS LLC, (SP-28-05). The applicant is requesting
a variance pursuant to s. 8.06(1)(c)2 to authorize
the location of a proposed sign within the minimum
road setback. The property is located in the Shoreland
Protection District and described as: Outlot 1, Lakeview
Estates, part of the SW ¼, NE¼, section
8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1335.
- Kevin & Sandy Meise, (SP-29-05). The applicant
is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to
s. 7.05(2)(a) and s. 7.03(2)(n)1, to authorize the
operation of a bed and breakfast. The property is located
in the Agricultural District on real estate described
as: S9008 County Road N, part of the E ½, NE ¼,
section 26, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, tax parcel
004-0804-1.
- Harold Schlieckau, (SP-30-05). The applicant is
requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s.
8.07(5) to allow clearing in excess of 25% of a shoreline.
The property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural
District on real estate described as: part of the SE ¼,
SE ¼, section 29, T11N, R4E, Town of Westfield,
tax parcel 040-0627.
- Harvey Schmucker, (SP-31-05). The applicant is requesting
a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)9 & 20
to authorize the operation of a sawmill on the same
site for more than ten days and an agricultural related
business. This property is located in the Agricultural
District on real estate described as: E1920 County
Road G, part of the SW ¼, SE ¼ section
26, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, tax parcel 044-0512
- Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to
be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the
date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
