ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.

  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Susan Melum, (SP-35-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a) to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of a navigable water to remove existing building and construct a new residence. The property is in the Shoreland District, on property described as: E12611 Weigands Bay South, part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-0192.
    2. Lawrence Smith, (SP-36-05). The applicant is requesting a change in administrative decision pursuant to s. 7.17(3), to reverse the suspension of a special exception permit to allow the operation of a private landfill. The property is located in the Agricultural District and described as: S1849 Herwig Rd., lot 1 CSM 549, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 25, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcels 006-0539 & 0538.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewingwill take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
